Instituted 12 June 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (1892 1918 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with white enameled arms, the obverse with a central white enameled disc bearing a hand painted Hohenzollern imperial eagle, within a gilt ring, the reverse with a central white enameled disc bearing a gilt monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II,
